Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy (“Policy”) applies to customers who have signed an engagement letter (“Engagement Letter”) with Advanced Tax Team LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read this Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions regarding cancellation and refund of Services after signing the Engagement Letter.

  1. Cancellation Period

Customers have the right to cancel the Services within three (3) calendar days after signing the Engagement Letter (“Cancellation Period”). The Cancellation Period begins on the date the Engagement Letter is signed by both parties, including weekends and holidays.

  1. Notice of Cancellation

To exercise the right to cancel, customers must inform us of their decision to cancel the Services by sending a clear, written statement by email, mail, or any other form of written communication. The cancellation notice must include the customer’s name, address, contact information, Engagement Letter reference number, and a clear statement of their intention to cancel the Services.

  1. Refund Policy

a. Full Refund

In the event of a valid cancellation within the Cancellation Period, customers will be eligible for a full refund of all amounts paid for the Services.

b. Proportionate Refund

If a customer cancels the Services after the Cancellation Period, a proportionate refund may be issued. Refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of the Services for which labor has not yet been started at the time of cancellation. Any amounts corresponding to labor that has already commenced or expenses that have already been incurred by us will not be eligible for a refund.

  1. Refund Process

To request a refund, customers must provide a written request, including the details of the cancellation and the reason for the refund request. We will review the request and, if approved, process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

  1. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this Policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. In the event that an exception is made, the specific terms and conditions of the exception will be communicated to the customer in writing.
